At Maison Nail Lounge, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please take a moment to review our salon policies before your service.

7-Day Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your gel polish or nail enhancements chip or have an issue within 7 days of your service, we are happy to provide a complimentary repair. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule your repair appointment.

No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for services. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let our management team know before leaving the salon so we have the opportunity to make it right.

Health & Safety

For your safety, please inform your nail technician of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or physical concerns before your service begins.

Child Safety

We love our little guests! For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not permitted to run, play, or move around the salon work areas.

Alcohol & Beverages

Complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to one drink per guest, for guests 21 and older only. A valid ID may be required. Please enjoy responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Right to Refuse Service

Maison Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, intoxicated, or whose condition may create a safety concern for our guests or staff.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your personal belongings with you and secure at all times. Maison Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
